I am sure if you searched the wiki or users list archives you will find the
sequence needed for clearing the certs then running the setup again.

I always had to "fiddle afterwards, that was a few versions ago though.

In that log, there are a lot of references to left over certificate files
around the system which still have the old name.

Before messing with the database, I was hoping there might be some other
way, like deleting all cert related files, trying to recreate new ones.

Also, I do have backups. If that could be restored from the command line, I
could perhaps try making the changes from the GUI this time or at least have
all of my data handy to replicate on another system at least.
