Look at the AA prompt upload page. It tells you how these need to be sampled and formatted. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431

I have noticed that with the resampled prompts, I can hear static when the prompts are played via telephone. I have verified this is not a handset issue as a Wireshark reconstruction of the RTP media stream from the voicemail server sounds the same. I have tried resampling using sox and Adobe Audition, with a number of different settings, but with no success. Any ideas?
