Yes and no.

There was a product but it was never good with sip, just *, and the
developer stopped supporting it and sold it to citrix.

It "would" recognize numbers on a webpage and allow click-to-dial. It was a
memory hog though, because that "function" needs to scan everything in order
to work.

You can copy the number to clipboad and paste in the sipx phonebook for its
click to call.

I would like when I see a number anywhere on my desktop (document,browser
