So 3.1.3 will not appear to work properly with LLDP, the phones were
getting IP from Data VLAN, and going to the remote site to statically
set VLAN will be difficult.

3.2.2 does not work properly with BLF, I assume that is the known
issue that I keep hearing about with 3.2.2


Any other options here ?
