If the yealink phone has an ftp or tftp option you should create the config file manually and put it in the tftp root of sipx and have it pick it up at boot time.
You should consider verifying the phone interops properly before doing much else. You wouldn't enter the information in sipx, you would in the phone. If the phone has a way to show or grab the config file, that's how you would get it into sipx. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Thu Jun 10 12:31:20 2010 Subject: Re: [sipx-users] YEALINK phone registration Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Organization: SipXecs Forum In-Reply-To: <[email protected]> X-FUDforum: 08063afcdd00a6e76393c5b9527381e8 <47595> Message-ID: <[email protected]> It seems that at the new version 4.2 there is no option for unmanaged phones. Do you know how can I enter the configuration in the Sipx? _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
