It might be easier to see if a call "timer" field could be added to enhance that within the sipxconfig user IM advanced area where the call details are enabled/disabled, if it is possible to do so.
Your web page would need a way to update itself with the status information "constantly". You might find it easiest to essentially embed a IM client within a web page.
