Thanks Doug - I updated sipXecs.repo with the 4.2.1 info you provided.  That 
fixed the SOAP authentication issues I was having.

it definitely went to 4.2 but was not built by avaya yet AFAICT.

I have ISOs and RPMs that are up-to date here
