Dont know why your calls are not getting to the mailing list but... IT IS ALWAYS BETTER to use sipxconfig to forward your calls. If you use the softkey for doing so it may give you unexpected results. The forward softkey is a LINE VALUE on the hhone. Go to the line and select diversion. Forwarding enabled (Default: unchecked) If checked, the user will be able to enable universal call forwarding via the soft key menu. On Busy Check to see if your posts are making is to sipx-users.
