Try this (make sure you do it in off hours as this will cause downtime):
1. make a backup of your system
2. make a backup of your DNS and DHCP configuration if necessary
3. remove all secondary servers from your configuration
4. run the following command to stop sipx:
* service sipxecs stop
5. run the following command:
* sipxecs-setup
6. reenter your configuration information exactly as when you first
entered it. Go through all the steps and when prompted, reboot
your server.
7. Once the system has booted back up log into the web portal and
navigate to the servers page
8. Resend profiles to the main server. Wait 1 minute and restart any
required services
9. On each of your secondary servers run *sipxecs-setup* and follow
the steps for adding a secondary server. You may need to send
profiles for these servers as well.

I am having some issues adding a new server to the HA environment
since my upgrade to 4.2
I currently have 2 that were configured together 4.0.4 and then upgraded.
Currently I have:
installed 4.2 Centos ISO to a 3rd server
Created the server in the master
Run the setup on the 3rd box
entered in the networking config and the HA password
Sent profiles to the new box and restarted (several times)
Sent profiles to the original 2 boxes and restarted (several times)
The result is that it seems to add to the environment however i am
unable to control any of the services and receive errors when trying
to restart services.
Is this an SSL Issue ?
