I have used ingate on sipx 3.8 and later. Remote workers were never a
problem. MOH is a choice you have to make if you use it for sip trunks also.

The VERY biggest issue was picking a worthy ITSP. The thing I like about an
independent SBC (you probably already know this) is that I don't have to
tell sipx about remote workers or nat. I can make dialplan or system changes
and not affect remote users or calls in progress with an itsp.
