What you are trying to do is "unsupported" behind NAT.

You might use a sip trunk without an SBC to contact another
sip server on your LAN or if the system has a public ip
address 9only, and not behind nat).

To use a sip trunk provider behind nat, you should be using
a SBC of some sorts. sipXbridge, by description, is an
internal SBC for sipx.

There is nothing wrong with your signalling, just how it is
being deployed. Simply put, sipx has two different
components for being behind nat.

1. Media Relay (for remote users)
2. sipxbridge (for trunking, siptrunks)

Setting up a sip trunk without an sbc when the destination
trunk is on the internet and sipx is behind nat will not
work.
