WAIT... You might want to make a manual backup of your CDR data. When I did an upgrade from 3.10.3 to 4.0.4 all CRD data went bye bye. I haven't been curious enough yet to see if 4.0.4 to 4.2.1 does the same thing, but I suspect it does.
