I'm re-visiting this directed call pickup problems I'm experiencing.

I am unable to do a directed call pickup at all - this is internally - all 
polycom phones.  Running: 4.2.1-018930 2010-06-04T15:25:27 build34

Scenario:
User 1: 1945
User 2: 5009
User 3: 5001

User 1 calls User 2.  User 3 dials *765009

User 3 just rings and does not pickup user 1's call to user 2.

Am I doing something incorrectly - or do I need to do a trace for additional 
information?
