We are running sipx 4.0.2 with polycom phone (3.1.3C,4.1.3 bootrom). I have configured the phones profile digit-map to x.T with T=10 seconds. However, when I pickup the handset and dial one digit only, the timer expires after 3 seconds ( I think this is the default value for the inter-digit timer). Is this timer hard coded? If it can be changed, could you please direct me to the proper procedure to do so?
