on the 'static ip registration' and attempting to send to udp port 5070.

SEEMS that if you don't have something in the user field under itsp account, and/or you don't have a p-asserted identity, it won't send to port 5070, no matter what you do.

this has happened, on and off, its almost impossible to tel what exact combinations will break this and drop it back to 5060, but it has happened during my testing of a new ITSP account that wants me to send to 5070.

it will work for a while. then I change 'something' on the sipx ITSP page, and bingo. its not sending to port 5070 anymore.

yes, I have traces, and yes, its sending to port 5060 no matter what I put into the gateway config.
(if I get it EXACTLY RIGHT,

  1. delete the account, use bandwidth.com as template, and put it back
     in it works for a while.
  2. if I change the ITSP account (leave the 5070 in there) ir reverts
     back to 5060
