As it is, we have to guess what you did, and we may well guess wrongly. In general, if your phone provides a "do not disturb" function, it will work with sipXecs like you expect. If the *phone* provides a "call forwarding" function, it will *not* work -- set call forwarding only through the sipXecs GUI.
