a 792478 byte 00000070-00.wav file becomes 1085667 bytes by the time
mime encoding is done.
also, if you are on a data plan on your phone, an mp3 would cost a lot
less than a wav file:

then if you are clever, you cause use a script as a delivery agent in
postfix/master.cf. look for wav files and replace them.
