We performed a backup from the latest stable build and tried perform a restore to the latest stable build today. After performing the restore the unit is not listening on tcp port 80 or 443.
After first reboot the web services "were" coming up, but the system was saying sipxconfig not found, after another reboot the system degraded to not starting the web services at all.
