you have static port nats.
is this a new ITSP? does it work on any other ITSP?
bottom line, this is not normal, and usually is a problem with natting
or the ITSP. maybe the ITSP doesn't like the re-invite to G.711 (which
MOH uses).
if all else fails, google for info on siptrace and post.
