Putting G722 as the first codec in snom configuration solved the localnet 
problem. Perhaps because it is the only codec in common between the phone and 
sipxbridge?

I guess the problem with ITSP is different. Putting a call on hold the music 
is played but retrieving the line the audio stops to flow from ITSP to the 
phone.
