What should I restart? and will that affect calls?

(yes, its an intermentent thing, hard to replicate, but many people have seen it) you do LOTS of configurations and Java seems to start having garbage (string/free memory) collection problems.

sipxconfig?
at org.mortbay.util.ThreadedServer$Acceptor.run(ThreadedServer.java:631) "2010-08-12T18:05:43.844000Z":2779:JAVA:WARNING:sip.secnap.com:P1-14:00000000:LoadContexts:"fail-safe cleanup (collections) : org.hibernate.engine.loading.collectionloadcont...@7a66ad<rs=com.mchange.v2.c3p0.impl.newproxyresult...@16f32a6>" "2010-08-12T18:05:44.481000Z":2780:JAVA:WARNING:sip.secnap.com:P1-14:00000000:CollectionLoadContext:"On CollectionLoadContext#cleanup, localLoadingCollectionKeys contained [1] entries"

sipxstatus:

2010-08-12T18:08:11.059931Z":3317:HTTP:ERR:sip.secnap.com:SubscribeServerThread:B6D18B90:SipStatus:"HttpMessage::get[4] Receiving failed on persistent connection on try 0"

this makes EVERYTHING Java SLOW, especially the GUI.

or it just dies with a 500 error:

   HTTP ERROR: 500

Java heap space

RequestURI=/sipxconfig/user/UserPhones,addPhones.sdirect

/Powered by Jetty:// <http://jetty.mortbay.org>/

so, what can I do to force a 'green fields' restart of java so it isn't constantly trying garbage collection?
