I am not sure at this point. your ITSP says you CALLED those numbers? The bill says we called those numbers, however, I'm waiting on the CDR report from the ITSP. It's always a battle with this ITSP and their bills. A "packaged bundle", but when you start adding additional DIDs as required for growth, the bills start going out of whack. check sipx proxylogs, see if these numbers show up there. Googling these numbers suggest they may be some sort of phone spamming. Do we have some sort of security breach?
