I've also just tried disabling the sip trunks, reseting the nat states on the firewall, and starting the nat trunks again. Same story.
I've been watching the sip traffic with tcpdump between my sipx server and the ITSP. It seems it does a REGISTER on each trunk every two minutes, with keepalive packets sent every 20 seconds. This seems to go fine for the first 3 mins 50 seconds and then sipx starts sending lots of REGISTER packets to the ITSP which go largely unresponded to except for some UNAUTHORIZED messages. After a time it's able to register again. It does seem to sporadically periods of time in an 'authenticating' state though. You don't see this weirdness if there's only one sip trunk configured to this ITSP. I think it's sending more REGISTER packets than Broadworks likes and it's getting blocked. Can the keepalive timeout be increased, and the REGISTER time be increased? (In the Web UI the 'registration interval' is set to 600 seconds - 10 minutes - for both sip trunks, so either this setting is being ignored, or it means something else). Thanks Jesse
