Polycom has an application suite that creates RTCP-XR voice quality streams for monitoring in a network management application. Anyone have a low cost, or open source product they have used for monitoring this traffic reliably? Looking for something for on customer sites, as well as for running on a laptop as a field troubleshooting tool.
