Is your firewall handling this as a virtual name and you are inputting this
as an ip? Normally you would nat both port 80 and 8443 from the wan to the
lan, but I understand if port 80 is being used elswhere.

It could also be the firewall you are using is handling nat reflection
differently than you like. What is it?

I have setup firewall proxy to access
https://lanaddress:8443/sipxconfig/app.  Altimately, the request from
wan looks like this
https://wanaddress:10443/proxy/https/lanaddress:8443/sipxconfig/app.
It appears that as a result, css and/or images are not being found.

Could it be that the url rewrite doesn't expect this construct or is
it an issue with the proxy server?
