The phone being monitored must support dialogue events.

If using the bria, you must also use its xmpp client.

Right now I have 2 Macs running Bria 3.1 and 10 Snom phones and 2 Aastra
phones.
The Bria users see each others presence while the status of the
remaining users shows:
"Waiting for response".
So we run Spark on the Macs to see the other users presence.
The receptionist has to run Spark and eyeBeam to see whether anyone is
on the phone.
I changed the Account > Presence > Mode from "Peer-to-peer" to "Presence
Agent"
but that doesn't seem to make the Bria presence communicate with sipXecs
XMPP server.
