The language pack is the route we want to take and if we do so it will
be added back to the project

The prompts are in stdprompts by default I think. You might consider a
language pack and add it back to the project!

As more of the media services are on FS now, I'd assume the scripting
might
also change. The scripting would be a good question for the dev-list
though.
You would want to surely understand if it was going to change before too
long.

Thanks for the tip Tony.

Do you know of any guide that I could use to edit the scripts, we have a
few
requirements regarding voicemail prompts and talent.

We want to also change the sequence of the prompts and change the talent
to
be Australian.

Sorry, no definitive answer from me...

Well, since the default is "scripted", that will need to be handled
from "inside" the system, as it is currently scripted to determine the
<userline> and play it as part of the greeting. So that means the
script would have to be edited, and I also suspect the greeting is
extracted from a jar or war file upon bootup, so it stays in memory,
so simply replacing it means replacing the contents of that compressed
file and editing the script.

It might be worthwhile to ask for an improvement request to upload
"standard" greetings and determine which one to play by default or by
group.
