A softphone on a road warrior vpn or a site-to-site vpn with hardware phone
would work. Vpn needs to send internal sipdomain/dns to work properly.

Unfortunately, this proxy helper can't be disabled  :(
And problem is here in Belgium, this bbox is in use by some
providers for Digital TV (as in France).

So I'll go for a VPN/PPTP connection or a standard phone
behind the box.
