Just to add a small point - Cbeyond floods their markets with sales people. There are 60 in Seattle along. If someone is a Cbeyond customer, and an Avaya SCS, or Ezuce or sipXecs is being proposed to them to use as their PBX, you automatically have an issue to overcome. That is why certification with their product is important. They are only in the larger markets, but they are big in those markets.
