Flowroute claims that this is an issue with their underlying carrier (ULC). After spending a lot of time making test calls while Flowroute and the ULC captured traces they said that the ULC made a routing change that should fix the problem.
I made a couple of calls that ran past the 20-minute mark without the call dropping. Around 25 minutes or so. Looking good I thought.
