It looks like you want an alternative.

as for caller id, write down all the 'options' you have, turn one on, one off. usually by getting the right combination you can get caller id to work.

you put that caller id in the TRUNK ad default? or user?

if you don't use PAD, it won't send it, and sometimes (depending on the combination you use, account name, caller id defaults), you can get your choice of caller id.

I ended up with a similar problem with Level3. only option was to NOT use user/password authentication. then it worked fine.

If I used user/password authentication, my company account number was used by L3 as the caller id.
