I upgraded my 4.2.0 box to 4.2.1 and the problem is still there. However, I have a 2nd box that was running 4.2.0, was upgraded to 4.2.1, and does NOT have this problem. If it comes down to it, I can just rebuild the box that is having the problem, but I'd like to avoid that if possible. Does anyone have thoughts on what could be going on here? If this is something I could possibly address by replacing one or more files, rather than rebuilding the box, I'd like to try that.
