It there really a need for '411' when prevasive access to
search engines exists?
We did not block prohibited outbound numbers (out of permited
area codes for reps, persistent abusive levels of calls to
family members when nominally working, ... 'charged for' calls
by people too lazy to look or maintain an address book seem
like a covered class ;) ), but rather sent them to a special
line at the 'front desk', and also noted the extension, time,
etc for a detail report printed each day for review with the
extension holder in question
I am told 1 800 bing 411 exists
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bing_Mobile
although I ahve not knowingly used it [it seems it is
'white-boxed' by some entities already]
If one really 'NEEDS' such services and bing goes away, I
suppose that other 'pay for service' entities will emerge
