Updated information.

So the problem isn't quite as I've described and I apologize for that since
it's second hand information to me and I'm trying to get it clear so I can ask
about it.

The User settings for this remote user has Call Forwarding setting set to 12
seconds so that they get around 3 rings to answer.
If no one picks up, the call goes to Auto-Attendant which offers options to the
caller, as it should.

The user can make calls and audio is both ways so everything appears to be fine
on that level.
The problem is that on the remote user end, the call never rings, it just goes
directly to Auto-Attendant.
When we test this in house on another network, as a remote user, we don't see
this problem, calls flow as they should. When a call comes in, it rings the
remote device 3 times, then goes to AA if no one answers.

It is only at the remote user location that this problem is happening.
At that end, we are using a simple PAP2 device which does the job very well in
other locations we've been using them at.
We've checked settings and everything appears to be the same but perhaps there
is one small thing we've not noticed.

Anyone use these enough to know what the problem might be, either with the
netgear or the PAP2.

Mike
