Me either, but I am testing. I cannot get one user to use a different
gateway (in this case, a siptrunk) based on source dialing rules
(location/branches). It doesn't work with the server located in the branch
or not.

I'm testing this to be able to have fax calls or devices use a different
compatible gateway for outbound calls, but should be able to test the
outbound calling via the "user" and "location".

(i.e., plain paper outbound fax devices should only use specific gateways,
or certain users/groups should use certain gateways).
