(should setup an openvpn server and give the snom 8xx series with their openvpn client a go)
1. OPENVPN Server <-> 200 dollar pfsense appliance (low wattage) doing site-to-site vpn. Plug phone into appliance. 2. Overkill, but it is there now and will route what you want.
