it looks like didforsale.com supports T.38.
Iv used them, they 'pretend' to allow you to change the termination port
when using ip based authentication, but I can't be sure it works.
(had problems if you transfer or fwd the call, similar to the old 'is
this a phone or device' issues)
as soon as I upgraded from 4.04 to 4.2.0, things stopped working (I
think its the port thing), but I never bothered to see why.
They also insist on sending you called it like '+15615551212' both in
the from and to.
When I used them, the quality was reasonable. looks like you can get
20x channels unlimited inbound for about $9.00 a month per DID.
They do require a 6 month commitment, or a $10 cancellation fee.
Just a fyi. (they also pretend to offer outbound, but I could never get
rates)
