OR

It is almost trivial to create your own webpage with the numbers. If there
are enough ldap users, it is relatively simple enough to create your own
click to call.

Others have done this, including photos, etc.

That is correct.  Many phones like polycom support ldap directly for
phonebooks.  Which phone are you referring to?
