Web site, tracker is all sharing the same codebase and sso, so I think drupal adds another management layer that might not be something that actually helps. right. i definitely have fondness in my heart for drupal, but right now we need good old fashion content editing and organization to improve things. Agreed, Douglas. The first thing that needs to be done is new content organization and development. Before that, though, roles for who controls the structure of the information need to be developed. I used to do Web development a long, long, time ago (1995), and the first thing that I would do is sit down with a business owner to understand the business, the market, the products and services, their key selling points, what information stakeholders exist, what needs to be communicated to each stakeholder group. I'd be happy to ask the questions and organize the answers into a coherent content architecture, but I don't know all of the answers. I don't know what the state of the people organization is. Who are the persons in charge of the content and its organization? Are those individuals being pulled in too many directions right now? If changes can be made to the content workflow process and documented on the wiki, that should be a start. Actually, before that start, it would be nice to document what the process is now. @Martin Spineman: Got your message. I'll call you after the holidays. I'm in the middle of launching an add-on to my business of selling carrier services. I'm wanting to sell and service PBX systems based on sipXecs.
