I think I may have asked about this when I first started using sipx but with all of the development since then, I may have missed a post or a search result which answers this question.
Can internal users who don't have pstn/sip trunks transfer calls, make conference calls between totally separate servers? Is there a method by which to do this, between servers in multiple locations?
