The Polycom phones (IP sound point) allow logging detail level defined
at the component level.

Does anyone know a source that defines the "components" in terms of the
short hand used for (xxx) the possible values in log.level.change.xxx

The Polycom documentation only lists them, but does not define them.
Some components are obvious of course, but others not so much.

SipX config for Polycom phones enables the component values to be set,
but also does not provide any definition on what the value name is in
reference to.

What would be ideal is a pointer to a list that has the values for xxx
and a description associated with the values.

Below is as far as the Polycom Administrator's Guide goes, and lists the
values but does not define or describe;

Attribute=                               log.level.change.xxx

Permitted Values=              0-5

Default Value=                     4

Interpretation= Control the logging detail level
for

individual components. These are

the input filters into the internal

memory-based log system.

Possible values for xxx are so,

app1, sip, sspsc, ssps, pps, net,

cfg, cdp, pmt, ftp, ares, dns, cxss,

httpd, rdisk, copy, slog, res, key,

log, curl, rtos, mb, ib, sotet, ttrs,

srtp, usb, efk, clink, ldap, and peer,

pnetm, cmp, cmr, usbio, pres,

pwrsv, and lldp.
