If you have a hunt group called "DID1" with an extension of 300, you want to forward to [email protected] rather than forward to "300"
If you forward to "300" you will see an additional redirect from the alias to the real name. You can also setup a user with an extension matching your DID, rather than an extension with the DID as an alias. That will cut down a few hops. But ultimately if your hitting the max-forwards your ITSP can typically increase this for the initial invite. -M
