I think this needs to be broken down into two parts...

Since the sipxecs-setup-system script is an anaconda installer script
for system parameters, then calls sipxecs-setup (which is the
certificate/sipdomain part), half of the question is possibly answered
with...

using and calling a kickstart file "pre or post" to automate this. The
question I have is can the sipxecs-setup scrip also be handled by a
kickstart file?
