You can have the secondary server login with voip.ms and have calls delivered "to" it. I think it has been discussed before you can attach a gateway to both the gateway and user, but the dial plan ignores it, for outbound. The current dialplan (as we know it) is being divided in two pieces in an upcoming version (transform/inbound, and outbound). It would be nice to see dialplans attached to gateways when that is addressed.
