You simply add the additional IP addresses (NAT, virtual ip address, PROXY
ARP, 90.90.90.9, 90.90.90.4, 90.90.90.5) to pfsense and setup the same nat
rules ip:ip. When you create the new nat rules, simple choose the virtual ip
you are trying to nat to go to the associated sipx address).
