I guess I asked the question incorrectly - left out some magic keyword or something?
To narrow the issue down: Since voicemail is handled by Freeswitch, I assume that Freeswitch handles the writing of the voicemail .wav file and associated .xml file to disk. With SipXecs's configuration of Freeswitch, is the time source that's used for populating the .xml file different than what the rest of Freeswitch uses? fs_cli shows the correct time, as does the log entries. For some reason, even though timezone and hardware clock on the server is EST, times based on GMT are being used for the voicemail .xml files.
