If all the steps are followed in the correct order, you can change the IP
address to any valid value, including a former IP address.

I think I'll just rebuild it since there's nothing on it. There aren't
enough hours in a day to get into learning much else, my plate is overloaded
as it is. Good notes to have for the future though.

The only other question would be... could I still go through the process,
change it to another IP, using the notes provided, then change it all back
later on.
