Hi Tony,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction....
I was thinking..I can't delete a group that I can't see, so maybe only the
search index is corrupted.
I rebuild the search index and now the Group:"1234" group is gone from the
search results.........but is it really gone...??
Where are the groups stored, I can't seem to grep them in /etc/sipxpbx.

Paul

rebuild the index and delete the group without searching for it.

I edited a correct .csv in excel (me stupid) saved it and imported it.
Unfortunately Excel added a lot of extra quotes, all entries have two
double quotes:

User name,Voice-mail PIN,SIP password,First name,Last name,User
alias,EMail address,User group,Phone serial number,Phone model,Phone
group,Phone description,Im Id
"1234,""0000"",""pasword"",""First"",""Last"","""","""",""User"",""1234"",""counterpathCMCEnterprise"",""PG-Site"",""First

Last"",""1234"""

In Job Status I got a warning that "model "PG-Site" does not exist", so
far no problem.
But unfortunately something was imported, if I search (top-right search
box) for 1234 then the config server finds the following:
    Group:"1234" (with quotes!!)

If I click on the link then I get an internal error.
This group is not visible anywhere in the GUI.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this database pollution and what
other damage could be done?
I think it would be good to adjust the import function to prevent this
from happening (I am not the only fool working with SipX).
