I have a situation where there are phone with IM users and then IM only users who should not have access to SIP calls. There doesn't appear to be any way to prevent someone with an account to have SIP call access while having IM enabled.
I know it's a phone system and that's kinda countering it's function but since it does have IM functions now, it's something that's come up.
