4.2.1 build 34 When the auto attendant picks up a call and the caller presses 9 for the dial by name, upon entering the first digit of a name the auto attendant immediately gives the options. E.G. upon pressing 5-2 for Kathy, the call is immediately transfered to Joni. Further testing shows that if the name is the same as in bob than the dial by name works as expected, however if the names are different but start with the same number than the dial by name only allows the first digit when spelling. Is this an issue that can be resolved?
